JT-UV9203 In-line Low Odor Primer-free UV Varnish A) Product profile It is unnecessary to apply water based primer before JT-UV9203 is used. One pass coating for gravure printing has advantages including good adhesion, high gloss, high abrasion and low odor. Besides, compared with traditional UV coating, primer free varnish saves one step of process, and reduces the risk by inappropriate usage for water based primer. This produce is made from UV-curable resin and active diluter, quick form film after cured by UV light. It is widely used for different types of paper to provide high gloss. It meets the Toy Security and Health Standard, and has been certificated by SGS for heavy metal contents. B) Specifications Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent liquid. Viscosity: 40-60 seconds (paint -4 cup, 25°c) C) Usage recommendation 1. Applied by roller coater, in-line or off-line. Coating weight depends on quality of paper. 2. UV light of intensive > 50mj/cm² is suggested for curing. 3. Reduce viscosity by heating the tank to 40-50 °c. 4. Clean up all other UV varnish in the tank and rubber roller before use JT-UV9203.
