JT-JS800 Laminating Adhesive A) Product Profile This product is applicable for laminating between plastic film and printed paper. It is a one-part solvent based laminating adhesive, widely used for high-class books, wine box, calendar and fashion magazine. B) Specifications (1) Appearance: brown transparent liquid (2) Solid content: 38±1% (3) Viscosity: 80 seconds (paint -4 cup) (4) Temperature: 0-40°c. C) Features and usage recommendation (1) This product has good performance of both resin-based and rubber based adhesives. It is one part adhesive with low odor, providing high bonding strength special to BOPP, PVC, PET, PA and PP films. 800# adhesive also has advantages including easy to use, wide compatibility with ink, good transparency after laminated, high gloss, long life time and good water resistance. (2) Dilute the product by thinner provided as a set by ratio of 1:1, or other ratio according to paper. The thickness of the glue by normally roller is 0.6-1.00mm. The roller should be kept temperature of 68-80°c and .pressure of 150-250 KG\cm². Fully stir the adhesive and solvent before use. D) Packaging . 18L plastic pail
